  • Align Training with Organizational Goals.  To assist managers, analysts and instructional designers in identifying and prioritizing knowledge, skills and competencies needed by units/organization to achieve missions/goals.  As a result, clear links are established between training activities, tasks and goals to help organization allocate money and resources to areas that generate the greatest impact.
