Advisor is an excellent tool, providing conclusions and costing evidence in support of its recommended instructional interventions. Advisor makes this possible through its systematic, comprehensive approach to data gathering and analysis.
With the multilevel help available, Advisor is extremely easy to learn and use. Advisor's Data Wizard provides comprehensive explanations making it possible to conduct a data gathering interview quickly and professionally.
I did find at times that a built-in calculator function would have been useful for calculating such things as courses per year, trainee days per year, etc. Using Window's calculator function is somewhat inconvenient.
Overall, I could find little fault with Advisor 3.0. This tool has added another dimension to my consulting, which I was reluctant to offer previously because of its time consuming nature. With Advisor 3.0, this is no longer the case.
