BNH Training Management System simplifies Training Needs Analysis (TNA), speeds Training Media Analysis (TMA), generates Training Plans, manages training requirements, forecasts training personnel/resource requirements and drives training effectiveness efficiency. Bluedrop Learninglogics is the software of choice for courseware development. It includes Learning Content Management System (LCMS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
Moreover, the integrated systems will continually identify venues for improving performance by seamlessly transferring data from ADVISOR Training Analysis and Training Design modules to Bluedrop Learninglogics LCMS for development and LMS for evaluation. To close the loop, relevant data will then be made available to ADVISOR Performance Analysis module.
