Mission Task Tree Report Identifies the Tasks, Sub Tasks, Steps, and Sub Steps and is presented in a block diagram, along with time needed to perform each element. View report.
Mission PO / EO Tree Report Identifies the Performance Objectives and Enabling Objectives and is presented in a block diagram, along with media and time needed to train each element. View report.
System Task List Report Generates a concise list of Tasks and Sub Tasks including priority (high, medium or low) and training requirement (no train, train or over train) for the System. Knowledge and Skills including mastery level (basic, semi-skilled, skilled, highly skilled or expert) needed to adequately performance the Tasks are also indicated. View report.
Job Task Analysis Report (JTAR) Identifies the Tasks and Sub Tasks for a Job/Role/Occupation as well as the Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSAs) including competency levels needed to support each Task and Sub Task. JTAR is typically requested by the Royal Canadian Air Force. View report.

Occupational Specialty Specification Report  Identifies a set of unique tasks, knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform a specific job. The specific job can be performed by one or more occupations, for which not all personnel in those occupations are trained. View report.

Job Task Report Master Task List (MTL) for a Job. Identifies the Tasks and Sub Tasks as well as the Standards, Conditions, Triggering Action, Classification, Level of Proficiency, Impact on Personnel Safety, Training Requirement and Training Priority for each Task. Job Training Task Report Master Training Task List (MTTL) for a Job. Identifies the Tasks and Sub Tasks as well as the Reference Code, Standards, Conditions, Triggering Action, Difficulty, Importance, Frequency, Training Requirement, Training Priority, Requirement for Immediate Action, % of Individuals Performing Task, Time Spent Performing Task, Classification, Level of Proficiency and Impact on Personnel Safety for each Task. Job/Role Specification Report Generates an overview of Job/Role along with Tasks and Sub Tasks they need to perform. View report.
Role Performance Statement Report Generates a list of a Job/Role’s Tasks and Sub Tasks, along with standards, conditions, proficiency, training requirement and training priority. View report.
Performance Objective Report Generates a concise list of Performance and Enabling Objectives including Training Requirements, priority (high, medium or low) and training allocation (formal training, workplace training or residual training gap). View report.
Formal Training Statement Report Identifies Training (Performance) and Enabling objectives that should be Formally Trained; as well as the Training Category (Task Proficiency Code), Conditions, Standards and Classification (i.e., Core, Legal or Accreditation) for each objective. ADVISOR also generates Workplace Training and Residual Training Gaps Reports. Reports are typically requested by UK Ministry of Defence. View report.
Assessment Specification Report Generates list of assessments for all Training Objectives (Performance Objectives). In addition to displaying the assessment title and standard, the report presents the conditions, format of assessment, type of assessment, assessment duration, the performance and enabling objectives covered by the assessment, pass/fail criteria, along with references. Qualification Standard Report Detailed training plan for a Job/Role. Includes Performance Objectives, Standards, Conditions, References, and Training Limitations. Report is typically requested by the Royal Canadian Air Force. View report.
Qualification Standard & Plan (QSP) Report Detailed training plan for a Job/Role. Includes Performance and Enabling objectives, Standards, Conditions and References; Teaching Points (Learning Objectives), time needed to learn and delivery media/method; as well as Enabling and Performance Checks. Report is typically requested by the Royal Canadian Navy. ADVISOR also generates Training Plan (TP) Reports in line with Royal Canadian Air Force and Army requirements. View report.
Training Requirements Analysis Report Identifies training requirements by comparing the current Knowledge/ Skills/Attitudes (KSAs) level for each Performance and Enabling Objectives to the desired level. KSA gaps are identified and highlighted whenever the Desired KSA Level exceeds Current Level. View report.
Align Tasks with Training Report Generates audit trail to identify where the requirements for each Task and Sub Task are addressed. This includes training requirement, Performance or Enabling Objective that address each requirement, Knowledge/Skills/Attitudes (KSAs) needed to perform each Tasks, as well as the Learning Objectives (Teaching Points) where KSAs are addressed and in which Course. Export Job PO/EO Tree Generates graphical representation of Job Performance, Enabling and Learning Objectives. The chart can also be exported to MS Visio. Report is typically requested by both the Canadian Armed Forces and UK Ministry of Defence. View report.

Goals Top Down View Report

Generates a concise view of the project and its missions/goals, as well as, how the underlying segments and their missions support the project in achieving its missions/goals. In addition to showing the hierarchy of the project, its segments, and missions in a top down view, tasks that support missions are displayed. View report.

Common KSA Report Facilitates effective and efficient curriculum design by mapping the Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSAs) within a project to all Jobs/Roles to identify common requirements. In other words, identify similar competency requirements among multiple Jobs/Roles. Analysts can, in-turn, minimize training duplication by structuring courses around common training and job specific training requirements. View report.
