Aerospace Consultancy has been using ADVISOR Enterprise since 2012 to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Media Analysis (TMA) for the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF).
Boeing has been using ADVISOR Enterprise since 2010 to conduct/update mission analysis, job analysis, task analysis, learning objective analysis, media analysis as well as generate Lesson Designs Reports (LDR) for Poseidon (P-8). SNC-Lavalin retained BNH in 2013 to assess the impact of the new Polar Icebreaker (PIB) design on the training needs of the Canadian Coast Guard crew. Since most equipment onboard the ship had not yet been selected, the training requirements for each system was categorized as significant, moderate or minor based on crew’s experience with comparable systems; courses needed by each job/position were then identified based on role/responsibility; and rough order magnitude (ROM) costs were forecasted.
